This is a gathering of peoples who refer to this as "church." There are some similarities, with chanting, meditations, drumming and lively discussions regarding the psychology of spirituality and life experiences relating to higher consciousness.
This event is followed by the Breath of Life event referred to in the following announcement. You are not expected to attend one event in support of the other. However, there is great benefit derived from mutual attendance.

This introduction will provide a modest understanding of a breath process which is a powerful
yet gentle adjunctive support to any spiritual practice.

as an in-depth opportunity to experience this unique and transformative process.
Private sessions are paid on a donation basis.
