Qigong - A traditional Chinese medicine foundation,
qigong is excellent for relaxing, enhancing your well-being,
connecting with inner peace, and improving focus and creativity.
A slow moving meditation which gathers qi (life force energy) and
distributes it into the body of the practitioner (if you practice, you get the benefits!).
All ages and ability levels welcome. Free demonstrations for groups available.

Reiki - A Japanese relaxation practice which increases feelings of
peacefulness, balance and connected wholeness. When the body / mind relaxes,
the body's innate ability to heal fully activates. Sessions and Classes available.

Reiki Share
2008: Monday May 19, 7-9pm
Share Reiki with other practitioners and non-practitioners.
Dress comfortably and bring a friend or two. Come to give and receive.
The Event may include meditations and new energy practices. All are welcome.
Special Topic for May: Scanning
Location is West Winter Park, near I-4 and Lee Road. Call for directions.
Donations accepted - a bowl will be on a table along with water to drink.

Reiki Classes - Learn the practice of and be attuned
to Universal Life Force Energy. Promotes feelings of
relaxation, peacefulness, and connected wholeness.

Reiki 1 Class: one day class from 9am - 6pm

Usui ReIki 1 class includes attunement, a manual and instructions
in sharing Reiki with self and others, history of Reiki, Japanese Reiki technique
for meditation, cleansing one's energy before and after a Reiki session, and
Byosen scanning. The energy exchange is $100. This class includes time
to experience what you are learning. Contact Georgiana for details and

Reiki 2 Class - one day class from 9am - 6pm

Usui Reiki 2 class includes attunement, a comprehensive manual,
and instructions for activating and using the symbols, sharing Reiki at a
distance, and mental / emotional energy clearing, plus Second Degree
Usui techniques. The energy exchange is $150. Contact Georgiana for details

Reiki Master Class - three day class - June 20-22, 2008
Usui Master Attunement and symbol; Reiki meditation for
deepening one's connection to the symbols; directions on
creating a Reiki gride with crystals to continuously
send Reiki to self and/or others; aura clearing technique,
healing attunement technique; two Tibetan symbols:
calligraphy and meanings, advanced Master attunement
to be attuned to the Tibetan symbols. Complete training to become a
Reiki Master: Usui / Tibetan. Contact Georgiana for details and pre-registration
information.
Prerequisites: Reiki 1 and 2 and a minimum 6 month practice
between Reiki 2 and the Master Class.
Currently schedule location: Winter Park near I-4 and Lee Road.
